Special English for Engineering 2 is a digital course which aims to develop engineering students’ special English knowledge by familiarizing them with some basic vocabulary related to math and physics, by discussing current topics on mechanical engineering, automative, engineering management, quality assurance. There are quizzes at the end of each chapter. The students must complete the test at the end of each chapter by at least 50% before they can go on to the next chapter. There is a final test at the end of the fourth chapter which also has to be completed by 50%.
Completing the digital course is necessary but not sufficient condition of completing the course.
After having completed the course successfully, the students must get registered for an oral examination (assignment/feladat in NEPTUN). In the oral examination, they get questions on the topics of the digital training course.
If the students do not show up/appear in the oral examination (feladat), they will fail the course, even if the digital course had been completed.
